The goal of the Wellness Committee is to create an environment of harmony where well-being takes center stage. The team works monthly to put together a newsletter full of valuable insights, tips, and resources to support your journey to a healthier and more balanced life.
The members of the Wellness Committee are Ms. Roll, Ms. Cruz, Mr. Mocka, Ms. Parra, Ms. Larino, Ms. Hermann, Ms.Georgescu and Ms.Ebhomielen.

Parents are given the choice, when registering, as to a phone conference or a video conference.
Each meeting has been set for 5- minute intervals.
On Conference Day:
Go To Schedules - PTC (Parent Teacher Conferences)
You will see the list of the appointments you are scheduled for.
Click the link in the appointment box to join the conference or wait for the teacher’s phone call at the scheduled time.
Families must register on teacher reacher to set up appointments. Contact Ms. Jessica, Parent Coordinator, for assistance.
Here is the practice schedule for the girls basketball team for the month of November:
Wednesday, November 6, 2:20pm-4:00pm with Mr. George
Tuesday, November 12th 2:20pm-4:00pm with Mr. George (scrimmage Game)
Tuesday, November 19th 2:20pm-4:00pm with Mr. George
Thursday, November 21st 2:20pm-4:00pm with Mr. George
The first game will be held in December, more information will be shared, but more information can be found here.
Students will go with their classes to have a free eye exam and glasses if needed.
An opt out letter was sent home, parents only need to fill out and return the letter if they do not want their child to have the free eye exam.
I.S. 126 Will be celebrating Happyween this year!
On Halloween, students are invited to dress up with their classes theme OR as a literary/historical character of their choice.
Students may also choose to wear festive colors, such as black and orange to celebrate Halloween.
All costumes must be appropriate and respectful of all. No masks or face paint/makeup; no weapons or toy weapons.
Students are asked to refrain from bringing in candy or other treats to share.
It is important that students in all grades are checking their Town Hall Google Classroom daily for important announcements
This Thursday, September 19, 2024 is our in person meet the teacher night from 5-8.

The Multi Cultural Festival is May 30th!
Students and invited guests from other schools will be in attendance during the school day.
Parents and Families are invited to the evening festival from 5 pm - 8 pm.
This year's theme is Unity in Diversity
It is going to be a fantastic time - don't miss out!
